The fact that Alex loves The Clash makes me heart him even more. Good taste in music also he loves hockey. I wonder if he has a favorite team here in the States? A man after my own heart.

I know, right? I figured he'd like hockey, it's a huge sport in Sweden. And now I want to see him skate.
I love hockey too, although when the Olympics come around next year I will be rooting for Team Canada, not Team Sweden. (Sorry Alex, college loyalties come first)
Who's your team, buckeye? I'm a Sharks and Stars girl myself, which is sometimes often a very painful and conflicted thing.

I'm a Columbus Bluejackets fan which is more painful than being a Sharks/Stars fan lol. We just made our first playoffs this year & lost in the first round to Detroit (BOOOOO). The Sharks did get aquire one of my future ex-husbands Jody Shelley (I heart him but not like I heart Alex).
I too will be rooting for Team Canada in the Olympics. My favorite player Rick Nash is Canadian. My father in law bought me a Team Canada jersey from the last Olympics (okay just a replica like they sell in sports stores) & I got Nash's name & number put on it.

OK, you've got me on the Bluejackets. They're just young, eventually they'll be okay. I was hoping they'd beat Detroit, but no such luck.
I just hope Alex isn't a RedWings or a Flyers fan. I don't want to have to find a new vampire to love.

Ohh if he were a Redwings fan I'm not sure I could fangirl him anymore either because it goes against my principles. I'm an Ohio State football fan so I'm Anti-M*ch*g*n by nature lol. I was so happy to see Pittsburgh beat Detroit at Detroit for the Stanley Cup.
Please Alex, don't disappoint us..Fans don't let their favorite stars root for the Redwings!!!!

I would have never guessed about the OSU fan thing buckeyechick. Nope, never would have occurred to me, not a clue. If it does turn out he likes the Redwings, we'll have to stage an intervention for him.

Well it was possible my name could have been a nod to the fact that I'm in Ohio but it has everything to do with Ohio State football lol.
I wonder if AB would allow concerned fans of Alex on set to stage such intervention if we found out he was a Redwings fan? Surely he'd have to understand the urgency?

lol, love his sense of humor & being the "founder" of "Bill's Babe's". I hope the writers try to incorporate some of that into Eric as the series progresses.

The oldest of SEVEN? Holy crap. (although doesn't that make his family technically 1/8 the population of Sweden? )

I realize the Von Trapps were Austrian but I'm suddenly getting mental images of the Skarsgard family singers & Alex leading the children down the grand staircase. lol
Sorry when it's been a long day my mind just tends to wonder into the unknown.

And that led to me picturing him in lederhosen, and I just choked on my dinner.

And that led to me picturing him in lederhosen, and I just choked on my dinner. I'm now having visions of him as Friedrich (or dressed as) & busting into a "Few of My Favorite Things" with his siblings on a stormy night. ;D
